Abstract
The relationship between politics and forensic science (specifically including language through forensic linguistics) operates as a critical intersection where law, state control, science, and public communication meet. When analyzing this relationship it is generally divided into two main domains: Institutional Politics in Forensics (how governments control science) and Forensic Linguistics in Political Speech (how language is analyzed as evidence of political power).
Keywords: Poilitics, forensic, science, public
